You and your company and/or its officers, directors, independent contractors’, or employees shall
Indemnify, defend and hold harmless Heal Within, The 3Event, and HealWithinKids.org and its officers, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons, property, losses and liability, including reasonable attorney’s fees (collectively “Claims”) arising out of or caused by the Speaker’s negligence and/or its officers, directors, independent contractors’ or employees negligence in connection with the use of Property facilities that are currently being used.

Agreement

- Title rights to the entire event mailing list, including all press releases, pre-event marketing, and post-event communication to attendees
- Recognition of your company plus 40 min speaking opportunity.
- Corporate logo promoted on The3Event website with a link to your website.
- Your photos or video are promoted on social media with a link to your website.
- Your marketing materials are included in guest swag bags.
- Invitation to VIP Speakers Dinner for you or your representative.
- Tickets for You + 4 Guests.
