Garbis BartanianMeditation and Mindfulness
Garbis serves as a counselor specializing in Relationship Health, after having completed his course studies at Alliant University’s Marriage and Family Therapy – California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP). He is currently writing his doctoral dissertation on the topic of successful interventions that help children and adolescents recover from trauma.
Garbis uses various mindfulness-based interventions, in conjunction with the latest evidence-based practices (EBP) incorporating both body and mind in an atmosphere of acceptance and empathy. Having studied with teachers in Asia and the USA, Garbis has been practicing mindfulness and meditation techniques for over two decades, as he helps bring a sense of tranquility and peace in his clients’ and their families’ lives while helping them exercise their freedom and choice to forgive and thereby take responsibility for their thoughts and actions.
Bringing his years of experience to HWI while helping your children grow both as individuals and as collaborative partners in group settings, Garbis will help each of them build the foundation to be transformed into empowered and caring adults as they successfully discover, chart, and live out their lives in appreciation, while enhancing their families and communities around them.
